Hope Education
Foundation (HEF) is a professional organization
established by American and Chinese entrepreneurs to help
foster cultural and educational exchanges between the
United States and China.
The
goal and objective of HEF is to provide opportunities
for interactions between American and Chinese educators,
artists, and individuals in order to promote understanding
and knowledge via direct people-to-people interaction.
We
have got the great support and help from China Concerning
next Generation Committee International Friendship Exchange
Center and National Education Committee International
Education Association. In the last years, we have annually
organized 300-400 American educators and senior and junior
school students to visit China. In the beginning of 1997,
the first delegation of 22 Beijing students successfully
visited America for 15 days. To this day, many students
from the whole country have experienced much from this
interesting program.
According
to the target of Hope Education Foundation, we plan to
organize 100-200 good-studying students both in character
and scholarships within the scope of nation to America
each year. By this way, expand students' knowledge and
increase their science & culture character. Meanwhile
improve the friendly relations between China-America teenagers.
In
order to achieve this goal, HEF has established a respected
reputation in Chinese educational community, including
on-going support from Chinese National Education Committee,
China National Office for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign
Language and National Intelligence Import Office.
We
sincerely invite all interested educational specialists
to join our effort to enhance the educational exchanges
between the United States and China.
